Job Description
About the position:
We are looking for a curious and driven Language AI Trainer to help us bring our flagship product HumanAI to the next level. We are constantly tweaking and improving our AI driven translation solution to optimize the way our AI systems interact with human linguists to accelerate quality improvements and delivery times for our customers.
You will be working in a fun environment with a young and dynamic team that loves to celebrate achievements. Furthermore your colleagues will be comprised of our great team located in Copenhagen as well as our sister locations in Aarhus and Skopje so expect a vibrant and exciting workday that never gets boring.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in our platform to configure HumanAI systems for our customers
- Onboard clients into our platform and talk with them to understand linguistic requirements and quality expectations
- kickoff and drive internal onboarding efforts across multiple teams
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Help develop and drive innovations and improvements on our market-leading AI translation solution
- Keep ahead of industrys developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

- Excellent technical flair ability to quickly learn and understand new systems
- Awareness of the language industrys latest technology trends and applications

- Proactive mindset - you are continuously looking for new opportunities and challenges
- You must be a great multitasker who can juggle more than just a few balls simultaneously
- Knowledge of LLMs at user level
- Practical experience working with and prompting LLMs
- Excellent command of English. Additional language skills (business proficiency) are an absolute advantage
- Knowledge of grammar and languages in general is an advantage
