The role - Taking the wheel at Hertz

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

Build relationships with customers by creating a friendly welcoming customer experience.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Understand their needs and guide them to the perfect rental solution.

SALES ADVISORY

Showcase your sales skills by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling networking and social media.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

PROBLEM SOLVING

Be the hero in resolving any issues or concerns that the customer might experience through their rental turning challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.

TEAMWORK

Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and vibrant workplace. Were all in this together!

REPORTING

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Essential Requirements

Your skills - What youll need for a great journey

  • University degree in Management/Business Administration and/or Marketing and/or Economics.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficient use of English in written and oral communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
