Madrid Insurance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support our internal teams with administrative scheduling and project-tracking tasks. This remote role requires excellent communication skills the ability to manage competing priorities and strong proficiency with collaborative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project meetings maintain calendars and send follow-up communications

  • Track task progress and update project timelines using tools like Trello Asana or

  • Assist with creating and formatting reports presentations and documentation

  • Maintain shared files and project records to ensure easy access and version control

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

  • Monitor inboxes or platforms for project-related requests and route appropriately

  • Provide administrative support to project leads or department heads

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and project management tools

  • Self-starter comfortable with remote collaboration

  • Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
