Madrid Insurance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support our internal teams with administrative scheduling and project-tracking tasks. This remote role requires excellent communication skills the ability to manage competing priorities and strong proficiency with collaborative tools.
Coordinate project meetings maintain calendars and send follow-up communications
Track task progress and update project timelines using tools like Trello Asana or
Assist with creating and formatting reports presentations and documentation
Maintain shared files and project records to ensure easy access and version control
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Monitor inboxes or platforms for project-related requests and route appropriately
Provide administrative support to project leads or department heads
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and project management tools
Self-starter comfortable with remote collaboration
Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
