Job Summary Project Coordinator (Telecommunications)
- Coordinate and support all phases of telecom deployment projects from initiation to closeout.
- Track forecast and report project milestones using project management tools.
- Organize and manage deliverables from internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation (permits leases structural analyses regulatory approvals).
- Support utility coordination material tracking and SOV/PO processing.
- Attend deployment meetings and communicate with carrier representatives as needed.
- Identify escalate and resolve issues affecting project timelines or budgets.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Maintain project compliance with customer and company standards.
- Adhere to a hybrid work schedule with primarily office-based duties and occasional local travel (under 5%).
