Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth within the
IT infrastructure solutions market. You will be responsible for identifying qualifying and
closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with
company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure market.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective
clients.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the IT
infrastructure services company.
Ability to promote and sell IT Solutions (IT Infrastructure hardware software
services) Cyber Security Solutions and Software solutions to customers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong understanding of IT hardware software and networking solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field preferred.
Desired Skills
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.
Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
Must have an excellent relations with customers OEMs
