A regional healthcare organization is seeking a senior HR professional to lead its transformation and integration efforts across multiple Southeast Asian markets. This role will play a critical part in supporting business expansion through agile HR practices overseeing HR aspects of M&A and managing day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with operational rigor capable of driving cultural alignment and regulatory compliance across diverse teams and countries. This position reports directly to the CEO and operates at the executive level.
Organizational Transformation & Change Leadership
• Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
• Embed workforce agility and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Develop and deliver programs that enhance engagement and adaptability.
Mergers & Acquisitions Integration
• Manage HR due diligence and post-merger integration efforts.
• Align people strategies compensation and culture across newly integrated teams.
• Support senior management through strategic HR partnership during business transitions.
Strategic HR Leadership
• Drive alignment of HR frameworks with business priorities.
• Implement initiatives to improve performance retention and talent pipeline development.
• Work cross-functionally with business leads across regional markets.
HR Operations & Governance
• Oversee HR policies payroll and reporting functions.
• Ensure local labor law compliance and manage risk through HR audits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR systems.
• Extensive experience in HR leadership (10 years) ideally within regional or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in M&A-related HR planning due diligence and post-deal integration.
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and operations across Asia.
• Comfortable navigating multi-country HR frameworks especially in Southeast Asia (e.g. Vietnam Thailand Indonesia).
• Industry knowledge in healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Business or a related field.
