You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced HR / Recruiter. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing operations by effectively managing end-to-end recruitment and HR processes with a strong focus on the marine or oil & gas sectors.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs especially in marine and oil & gas disciplines.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Maintain employee records and assist in HR administrative duties.
Support performance management training and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR and recruitment preferably in the marine or oil & gas industry.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
