Provide complete product and sales training to newly onboarded team members to ensure readiness for field operations.
Actively monitor and follow up on client meetings conducted by team members to ensure quality and conversion.
Personally participate in and support the closure of key sales meetings alongside Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Ensure daily reporting discipline within the team through structured formats and regular reviews.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
Initiate and manage relationships with business associations for conducting group demos or meetings aimed at bulk sales.
Guide and motivate the team to generate leads through cold visits referrals and local market exploration.
Expand the business network by appointing reference partners such as Chartered Accountants HR/Payroll Consultants and local IT vendors.
Attend and supervise participation in relevant trade fairs and exhibitions with team members to capture qualified leads.
Oversee team discipline punctuality professional attire and behavior during all field operations.
Collaborate with internal departments (support operations technical) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and present monthly work plans including team deployment and target strategies to the senior management.
