Senior Executive - Performance
Role: Senior Executive – Performance Marketing & SEO Company: Benepik Location: Sohna Road Gurgaon About Company:
Responsibilities:
Manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns including Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn and YouTube with a focus on lead generation for our B2B products.
Manage end-to-end search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to drive traffic and lead generation.
Optimize ad copy landing pages and website content for quality score and SEO rankings and end-to-end ownership of campaign setup execution optimization and reporting.
Track SEO KPIs such as organic traffic bounce rate page speed backlinks and domain authority Use tools like Google Analytics SEMrush Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance
and nurture leads. Optimize paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads ensuring
high ROI. Design and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and
engagement. Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives messaging landing pages and email workflows. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead) MQLs (Marketing
Qualified Leads) ROAS conversion rates etc.
Perform regular keyword research and link-building initiatives and provide weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
Collaborate with content design and product teams to optimize landing pages and messaging. Work closely with sales team to ensure campaign lead quality and funnel conversion. Explore new channels (e.g. influencer marketing affiliate native ads) for growth. Monitor market trends competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to guide optimization. Manage performance marketing budgets allocate spend effectively and forecast monthly
performance. Requirements:
3 –5 years of performance marketing or growth marketing experience ideally in B2B/SAAS Industry
Hands on with platforms like Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Positive and highly motivated Can do attitude Must be tech savvy
