Estate Administration and Litigation Associate or Senior Associate

About your new employer:
- Established almost 40 years ago this national multi-award-winning law firm is a true specialist in estate planning administration and litigation with national offices.
- Join a team of 6 Lawyers and additional support staff in the Brisbane CBD office.
About the role:
- Opportunity to work in complex Estate Litigation Estate Administration or a mix of both (to suit your experience or if you would like to build on your current experience).
- Work one on one with specialist Special Counsel level lawyers.
- 6 billable hours per day required.
- Autonomy with matters from day one (PQE dependent).
The ideal candidate:
- Associate or Senior Associate with 3 years experience in Wills & Estates Law;
- Succession law elective completed in LLB is essential;
- LLM in Wills & Estates (highly regarded but not required);
- Confident managing files from start to finish and meeting clients alone; and
- Genuine passion and dedication to wills and estates law seeking long-term development and mentorship in a specialist environment.
