About the role:
Youll have the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and senior lawyers gaining exposure to a range of high-value challenging cases such as:
- Professional Indemnity claims for financial institutions medical professionals and other insureds.
- Medical negligence defence and risk management matters.
- Financial lines and D&O disputes coverage advice and liability claims.
- Be involved in mediations arbitrations and high-stakes litigation.
The ideal candidate:
- 3 years of reputable defendant insurance experience - Strong plaintiff background may also be considered.
- Australian or New Zealand legally qualified.
