Description
The Helpdesk and AV Coordinator reports to the Director of Technology Operations and supports the Technology Team (Director of Technology Operations and Director of Educational Technology) with the daily management and troubleshooting of school-wide hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include installing configuring and maintaining technology and AV systems as well as assisting with equipment upkeep and repairs.
This is a non-exempt on-site position - no hybrid or remote work. We anticipate up to 15-20 hours per week during peak times during the academic year. Schedule TBD.

Responsibilities include installing configuring and maintaining technology and AV systems as well as assisting with equipment upkeep and repairs.The hourly wage for this position ranges from $24 to $38 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
