Job Summary

The VP of Training & Experience at Stretch Lab is responsible for overseeing and developing the companys training programs and overall member experience. This includes overseeing our Training & Experience department including our Directors Managers and Coordinators as well as hiring and developing Master Flexologists. Developing education programs and managing Flexologist onboarding. They also play a key role in the innovation of the leading Assisted Stretch brand.

Responsibilities

Hiring Training and Development

  • The VP of Training & Experience is responsible for the full lifecycle of Master Flexologists including recruitment initial training ongoing development and performance management.

Education Programs

  • Develop improve and implement training programs for franchise partners ensuring consistency and quality across different regions.

Curriculum Development

  • This role is heavily involved in creating and updating training materials including Flexologist manuals online learning platforms and other educational resources.

Flexologist Onboarding and Management

  • Oversee the process of bringing new Flexologists into the system and manages their ongoing performance and development.

Member Experience

  • Ensure a top tier positive and consistent member experience across all StretchLab locations.

Pay Range: $120000-$155000

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science Education Business or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7years of progressive leadership experience in training education or member experience within the fitness wellness or healthcare industries.
  • Proven experience developing and scaling education and training programs across multiple locations or franchises.

Leadership & Management:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams including Directors Managers and Coordinators.
  • Experience overseeing hiring onboarding and ongoing professional development of specialized roles preferably in fitness or wellness.
  • Ability to influence and inspire teams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Training & Curriculum Development:

  • Strong background in instructional design adult learning principles and curriculum development (both in-person and digital platforms).
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating engaging scalable educational content.

Customer & Member Experience:

  • Deep understanding of consumer experience best practices in a service or membership-based business.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction retention and brand consistency.

Strategic Thinking & Innovation:

  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in training and experience initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align training programs with broader business goals and brand vision.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders including franchise partners.
