We are seeking a friendly professional and service-oriented Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for residents tenants and visitors. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The perfect candidatemust possess good communication skills be able to react in an emergency and have a flexible schedule with the ability and willingness to work coverage shifts when necessary. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet residents tenants and guests warmly addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Manage phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk area.
Coordinate package deliveries and service requests efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to management.
Respond to emergency situations
Qualifications Required:
Weekend availability
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with composure and efficiency.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Prior concierge hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
