Job Description

As a Private Health Insurance Specialist you will lead impactful product demonstrations run tailored Proof of Concepts and act as a technical advisor to prospective clients. Youll collaborate with sales product and customer success teams to deliver strategic insights and drive growth in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM MK
Work Setup: Hybrid Macedonia

Your Daily Tasks
  • Support the sales team during discovery demo and POC phases with product knowledge and technical insights
  • Run tailored POCs to showcase the platform s value and real-world application
  • Lead product demonstrations that align client pain points with platform solutions
  • Partner with sales executives to craft strategic approaches for complex opportunities
  • Serve as a technical liaison between sales product and customer success teams
  • Help identify client needs and relay those insights to inform product development
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to improve sales messaging and demos
  • Contribute to event planning onboarding and marketing support as needed

Career Growth:

  • Progress into roles such as Sales Manager owning a pipeline and leading high-value deals
  • Advance to Customer Success Manager managing onboarding training and post-sale client engagement
  • Internal mobility is actively supported with career development encouraged as the business scales globally

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 3 years of experience in sales engineering pre-sales technical account management or similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive and self-motivated comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience delivering software demos or implementations especially for B2B SaaS platforms
  • Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders in finance or asset management
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and diligent with follow-ups
  • Strong proficiency with Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
  • Interest or background in commercial real estate (CRE) or finance is highly desirable
