About the Aftersales Department
BYD Aftersales Service Center is dedicated to delivering service and repair solutions for all BYD-branded electric and hybrid vehicles. This encompasses among other responsibilities the development of a comprehensive after-sales service network across Europe to ensure technical support warranty services and spare parts supply for our customers and service partners. The primary goal of the Aftersales Service Center is to enhance customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty. We are now seeking a proactive Regional After-Sales Specialist to join our team based in Hungary to strengthen our regional aftersales operations and partner management.
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving service excellence among regional partners managing aftersales projects ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating spare parts delivery to achieve annual service targets. You will play a key role in enhancing partner service capabilities resolving customer issues and supporting regional after-market activities to uphold BYDs service reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Service Development & Performance Management
- Drive and develop partners service preparation execution and performance assessment to ensure the achievement of annual service targets and goals.
- Steer continuous improvement of partners service levels through regular performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
2. Regional Partner Engagement & Project Management
- Conduct regular visits to regional dealers organize meetings workshops and other activities with regional partners and review business plans to align with operational objectives.
- Take charge of the development execution and assessment of after-sales projects within the region to drive service optimization.
3. Service Network Quality Assurance
- Secure the quality of the service network by ensuring timely provision of training tooling and other supportive materials to partners.
- Monitor and maintain service standards across the regional network to ensure consistent service delivery.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Management
- Follow up on regional customer satisfaction (NPS) and assist partners in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Manage goodwill authorization processes to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
5. Spare Parts Coordination
- Coordinate spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team steering improvements in parts service levels to ensure availability and timeliness.
6. Regional After-Market Support
- Support the implementation of regional after-market activities and service campaigns to promote service uptake and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in automotive business or customer service fields is preferred.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge of Hungarian is a strong advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles preferably in the automotive or service industry.
