Job Summary

Step Into a Global Role That Drives Real Impact

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative with a strong track record in cold calling & B2B sales to spearhead our international client acquisition this strategic role you will be responsible for identifying engaging and securing high-value clients across multiple regions and industries directly contributing to global expansion by generating and booking sales meetings for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead proactive outreach in (but not limited to) Norway Sweden Latin America Panama the US and Pakistan identifying key decision-makers and initiating contact.
  2. Develop and execute region-specific client acquisition strategies to penetrate sectors including (but not limited to) IT Energy Mechanical Engineering Transport Logistics and all white-collar domains.
  3. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads ensuring a steady flow of sales meetings booked for the CEO.
  4. Craft personalized outreach strategies via cold calling LinkedIn email campaigns and networking.
  5. Maintain clean CRM records and deliver regular reporting on KPIs and pipeline progression.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of leading sales or business development experience with demonstrated success in global or multi-regional markets.
    • Strong industry knowledge in technology energy engineering or logistics.
    • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals or meetings with senior executives.
    • Fluent in English; your communication in English should be excellent! Additional languages (Norwegian plus to have but not mandatory)
    • Exceptional communication negotiation and consultative selling skills.
    • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote environment.
