Digital Marketing Manager – Custom Smart Home / Power

Savant is searching for a detail-oriented and creative professional to serve as a Digital Marketing Manager on our Corporate Marketing Team. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and works side-by-side with the Sr. Manager of Savant Pro and Power Marketing to engage inform and inspire Savant dealers installers and contractors as well as Savant home end users.

You will be responsible for managing and creating compelling digital content across multiple platforms managing day-to-day social media activity and executing strategic digital campaigns that align with our business and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation & Management:

• Manage updates to and ensure content is engaging accurate and on brand.
• Build & maintain lead generation process and operational execution.
• Lead sponsorship activities at Savant show homes to ensure business achieves maximum ROI.
• Analyze influencer marketing opportunities and identify those that align with goals of the Savant business and brand. Negotiate terms and execute deliverables.
• Manage Savant product content that appears on distributor and other third party websites. Ensure products are represented appropriately and that specs and pricing details are accurate.
• Create plan for marketing Savant products to current Savant homeowners through digital channels such as email and Savant Home Manager.
• Partner with internal creative team to develop engaging on-brand content including graphics promotional emails and web content
• Ensure brand messaging voice and visuals are consistent across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Savant marketing team members on digital marketing initiatives targeted to the Savant dealer community which consist of the Savant store technical information education customer service etc.
• Leverage analytical skillset to gather key business and user insights as well as measure impact of marketing programs leads awareness traffic etc.

Social Media Management:

• Plan write and schedule social media content for Savant Pro and Power. Set and execute content calendar.
• Manage official social media accounts across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn X (Twitter) Pinterest TikTok and YouTube.
• Monitor daily activity engage with audiences and build community across all platforms.
• Partner with Savant dealers and installers to collaborate on content that highlights projects and best practices.
• Track and report on performance metrics audience insights and competitor analysis.
• Effectively lead and partner with outside agencies business partners and customers.
• Keep the Savant brand relevant and engaging across key audience segments.
• Repurpose long-form content into social-friendly formats.
• Partner with internal creative team to develop engaging on-brand and timely content that capitalizes on Savant news and industry trends.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand preferably in consumer electronics tech or home lifestyle.
• Strong writing editing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social Hootsuite Later etc.).
• Ability to connect dots between the needs of the business timely messages and social trends.
• Understanding of digital content best practices.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.
• Highly organized creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Passion for innovation smart home technology and consumer electronics a plus.

Compensation

• The salary range is $80000 - $100000.  The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Savant is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to a candidates geographical location relevant education experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
