Were looking for a full-time Vice President of Outpatient Servicesto join our Executive Team located at 41 Montbello Pueblo CO 81001.

What Youll Be Doing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direct supervision of Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health (SVPBH):

  • Oversees program development implementation and operations for outpatient behavioral healthcare services for all ages and stages of life.
  • Establishes goals objectives and priorities for Outpatient services and regularly evaluates program effectiveness.
  • Refines and enhances service delivery in the context of the agencys overall strategic vision for integrated behavioral substance and medical healthcare.
  • Supervises outpatient directors and other leadership positions as needed.
  • Performs all duties with an understanding of the importance of close collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer Senior Vice President group and Vice President group.
  • Participates in the generation of and on-going management of policies standard operating procedures and workflows.
  • Monitors and analyzes program and performance measure data in relation to service needs of clients and the community as a whole.
  • Ensures programs comply with federal state and local laws regulations and ordinances.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of current behavioral health evidence-based services and preventive practices;
  • Is knowledgeable of and has the skills to interpret and apply pertinent federal state and
  • local laws codes and regulations governing the practice of medicine and behavioral healthcare;
  • Exhibits the skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships;
  • Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and written formats for the purposes of engaging with staff members the public and other audiences;
  • Readily demonstrates the skills and the patience to build and sustain community collaboration among a diverse stakeholder group;
  • Maintains excellent computer/technology skills and is willing to enhance skills as needed;
  • Excellence in customer and public relations;
  • Possesses the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports;
  • Passionate about creating and sustaining a cohesive teamwork environment and a culture of accountability customer service and fiscal responsibility in day-to-day operations.

Physical Demands:

  • Light - Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally 10 lbs. frequently or negligible amounts constantly;
  • Required walking standing and sitting to a significant degrees.

Qualifications

What were looking ForThe Must-Haves

  • Minimum of a Masters Degree with a Colorado License in clinical psychology social work or closely related field.
  • Minimum five or more years of behavioral healthcare experience and responsibility in overseeing healthcare clinics with a wide range of services.
  • Minimum five or more years of upper management supervisory experience required following formal education.
  • Experience in program development implementation and evaluation across a range of integrated healthcare services.
  • Ability to manage an extremely busy department with varied disciplines and programs.

What wed Like to See in youthe Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in strategic planning; behavioral health services development and operations; and interaction with executive levels of management.
  • Self-starter self-motivator and possess exceptional organizational time management and electronic documentation skills.
  • Valid Colorado drivers license and access to reliable transportation during work hours.
