Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and consolidation for regional offices
- Prepare the annual budget and forecast
- Manage external/internal audit to meet internal reporting and local statutory timelines
- Work closely with Tax team and advisors to handle corporate tax returns and tax queries
- Review the statutory returns of the licensed corporations and monitor the daily liquid capital requirements
- Coordinate with Compliance & Legal team for regulatory filings/ requests
- Assist in other business projects and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant (e.g. with HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA) is a MUST
- 8 years with Big 4 together with relevant accounting experience from sell/ buy side corporate finance experience is an advantage
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure with good prioritisation and organisational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
