Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Supporting conceptional organisational design (potentially within a variety of dimensions such as processes structures roles and governance)
- Providing support and advice to the International Product Organisations in implementing and leveraging the target operating model
- Supporting the iterative learning and improvement process in the organisation
- Promoting agile ways of working within ALDI DX
- Collaborating with international departments and external partners
- Assisting with other tasks as needed including data entry research and other administrative duties
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment (e.g. management consulting strategy department business development)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design concepts and drive their implementation
- Ability to structure problems and independently drive delivery of smaller work packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently demonstrating strong initiative and accountability
Desirable extras.
- Initial experience in organisational design and operating model transformations is desirable
- Initial experience in agile methodology and corresponding qualifications (e.g. Scrum SAFe) is desirable
