Your mission: Build intuitive high-performance user interfaces that empower industrial customers to optimize their energy use and drive the decarbonization of the industry.
In the future it will not only be crucial to consume less energy but also to consume it at the right time - this is the only way to optimally integrate volatile renewable energies from wind and solar into our electricity system.
With our AI-based flexOn platform we help industrial electricity consumers to actively flexibilize their energy consumption - in other words to use electricity when it is particularly green and cheap. Our goal: to drive forward the decarbonization of the energy system - and significantly reduce costs in the process.

Tasks
- Further development of our flexOn software solution
- Development of internal software tools
- Code reviews and optimization of existing front-end components
- Enhancement of the user experienceCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design (Figma/Sketch) backend (Go services) and DevOps teams to align on API contracts CI/CD flows staging/release processes and ensure end-to-end product coherence.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional frontend development with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
- Expert in TypeScript and deep experience with React (hooks context Suspense) or comparable frameworks (Vue Angular)
- Solid grounding in web standards: semantic HTML CSS3 (PostCSS/Sass/Tailwind) responsive layouts and cross-browser/device compatibility
- Strong collaboration skills: experience working closely with designers (Figma/Sketch) backend and DevOps peers to ship cohesive products
