You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Specialty Program Coordinator supports the administrative processes of the Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) program intensives Cerebral Palsy (CP) early detection motor disorder clinic Durable Medical Equipment (DME) referrals and other specialty programs. This role screens all therapy referrals and determines initial steps for the onset of services. The clinical loan library and Bellows fund program are supported in this role along with clinical record requests and general administrative support and coverage for the therapy program.

Minimum Experience and Training:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. One to two years of administrative support experience in business operations environment or one year of experience as an administrative assistant in a related field. Experience with health care scheduling and customer service. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. Spanish/English bilingual skillset preferred.
