The Opportunity
Colibri is undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation centered on Salesforce and Workday implementations spanning 1215 workstreams. To ensure these efforts are tightly aligned and successfully executed weve created a newEnterprise Program Managerrole to serve as the strategic integrator and operational glue across teams.
This role is equal parts strategist communicator and operator. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity brings structure to ambiguity and drives accountability across diverse stakeholders from implementation partners to C-suite executives.
What Youll Do
- Lead a complex enterprise transformation program with a focus on Salesforce Workday and operational alignment.
- Integrate and align multiple PMOsacross 1215 workstreams to ensure a unified approach to delivery.
- Maintainprogram-wide visibilityon roadmaps risks dependencies and milestones ensuring the initiative stays on track.
- Serve asliaison to the steering committee and executive leadership driving structured decision-ready updates.
- Own and operationalizecentralized calendaring governance and reporting processesto create clarity and consistency.
- Influence and coordinateexternal implementation partners internal teams and cross-functional workstream leads.
- LeverageJira and to enforce accountability track progress and streamline cross-team collaboration.
- Lead through influence not direct management bringing visibility structure and control to a highly strategic initiative.
What You Bring
- 7 years of enterprise program leadership experience including24 full-cycle transformation programs ideally with Salesforce and an ERP system (Workday strongly preferred).
- Proven success managinglarge-scale multi-workstream initiativeswithin a matrixed organization.
- Exceptionalexecutive communication skills with the ability to distill complex program data into clear insights and drive decision-making at the C-suite level.
- Acalm polished and resilient presence adept at managing complexity driving accountability and resolving issues proactively.
- Experience working inprivate equitybacked environmentsa plus; understands the pace expectations and rigor required.
- Proficiency with Jira and modern program management frameworks.

- Aprogram calendar roadmap and governance structureare fully implemented and followed.
- The executive team and steering committeereceive clear timely and actionable updates.
- Risks and delays areflagged and resolved proactivelyacross all major workstreams.
- Internal teams and implementation vendors arealigned accountable and focused.
- Major program milestones are met with transformation effortsaccelerating on plan.
- Future operating modeldefinitions are in place with a clear action plan to achieve them.
