About the Role:

We are seeking a Program Manager to join a leading Azure Compute team which manages the core infrastructure and APIs powering Microsoft Azure. The team handles thousands of physical servers hundreds of thousands of VMs and provides services for Virtual Machines (VM) Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS) and Cloud Services.

As a Program Manager you will lead customer adoption programs manage multiple projects and work closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills hands-on experience and program management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive program execution aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop assessment protocols for program evaluation and improvement.
Oversee multiple project teams and ensure program goals are met.
Work closely with sponsors product managers and cross-functional teams to plan scope resources deliverables and timelines.
Analyze and mitigate program risks; provide reports to management and stakeholders.
Produce high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences.

Required Qualifications:

in Computer Science or other technical degrees (BCA MCA BSc IT).
5 years of software industry experience.
3 years in program management.
Hands-on experience with distributed or cloud-based systems.
Proficiency in SQL/Kusto queries Power BI and basic automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills (verbal written presentation).

Preferred:

Azure Cloud experience.
Advanced technical degree or MBA.

Candidate Profile:

Experience Range: 5 10 years ideal 10 15 years acceptable.
Hands-On Expectation: Must actively write queries build dashboards and contribute technically.
Education: in Computer Science preferred; other technical degrees considered if skill requirements are met.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (partial remote / partial on-site in Hyderabad).
