Your day in the life of a Lion Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the iconic HAHN brand a cornerstone of our growth strategy and a key driver within our portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile brand with significant visibility investment and ambitious growth targetsproviding a unique opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
Reporting into the Brand Director and supported by a team of two you will ensure execution of the annual strategy and plan ultimately delivering the brand s business objective and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans to deliver brand growth and achieve key targets.
- Lead brand campaigns and innovation initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and drive equity.
- Manage brand performance including P&L budgets and adherence to brand identity and positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering development and growth within the team.
To be successful you will bring
- Experience in FMCG or beverages.
- A proven track record of delivering complex organization-wide projects with measurable impact.
- Strong marketing expertise combining commercial acumen with deep brand engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
