What will your responsibilities be
Food Preparation:
- Wash peel and cut ingredients (vegetables fruits meats etc.).
- Pre-prepare products according to the cooks instructions.
Kitchen Support:
- Assist in the preparation of simple dishes.
- Help with the preparation of side dishes and basic sauces.
Cleaning and Organization:
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Wash utensils tools and work surfaces.
Storage:
- Assist with receiving deliveries.
- Properly store and label food items following hygiene standards.
Other Tasks:
- Carry out tasks assigned by the cook or head chef.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
What are we looking for
- Previous experience of at least 1 years in a professional kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques handling of utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
