Job Description
Position Summary:
MalaceHR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing building systems and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency in one core area Electrical HVAC Plumbing and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including Mechanical Electrical HVAC Plumbing Fire & Life Safety Structural etc.

Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.

Clean inspect and replace parts on HVAC systems and other facility equipment.

Record operating data perform system checks and adjust equipment to meet performance standards.

Adhere to company policies on safe storage use and disposal of hazardous materials.

Maintain clean and organized workspaces; perform regular inventory checks on tools and equipment.

Evaluate contractor work for quality pricing and adherence to safety standards.

Follow all safety guidelines and identify hazards recommending corrective actions when needed.

Assist in managing maintenance-related inventory purchasing and vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

0 2 years of relevant experience in commercial building maintenance

Basic understanding of HVAC Electrical and Plumbing systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Previous experience in facilities or plant operations
