Job Description

SECFORCE is an independent offensive cyber security consultancy specialised in Penetration Testing and Adversary Simulation.

Founded in 2008 out of love and passion for the hacking craft we have grown into a well-respected company based in London Malta and Greece with teams across Europe working for top-tier organisations all over the world.

What started as a group of like-minded hacker friends is now one of the best technical teams around the beating heart of our company always looking for ways to upgrade our abilities through training programmes conferences and dedicating 20% of our time to research and self-development.

Were expanding our sales team and looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint and unlock new revenue opportunities.

As the New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying nurturing and converting new business opportunities across target markets. Youll play a pivotal role in building a strong pipeline developing relationships with decision-makers and working closely with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Identify and target prospective clients through your own market research networking and outreach

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders decision-makers and influencers
  • Understand and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client requirements and needs
  • Negotiate contracts and win new business deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and client onboarding
  • Track and report on KPIs pipeline activity and revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven success in a B2B Cyber security sales
  • Good understanding of the cyber threat landscape
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Services markets e.g. Penetration Testing Red Team/Purple Team Adversary Simulation)
  • Willingness to travel to regular F2F end user meetings
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM and sales analytics platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-focused environment
  • Bachelors degree
