Our client is a leading Facility Management brand in India and competes with MNC IPCs with an arrey of services. They are known for their real estate ventures and have completed two decades in the Integrated Facility Management business. They offer services at over 65 client locations. headquartered in Bangalore its business operations span over 10 states.
Responsibility
- Must be able to read the job description customize the same and define Keywords for Search
- Having Proficiency in all job boards and Application Tracking Processes
- Proficient in building data in Excel and analysing it to present a dashboard
- Take accountability to close positions do research do market scouting and build the talent pipeline
- Consistently engage with all internal leaders and stakeholders to help find requirements
- Must be able to create offer for candidates insist on collecting documents and onboard employees
- Be a buddy with new employees to ensure retention
- Proficient in writing mails to stakeholders
Competencies
- Proven expertise in handling Non-IT hospitality Project Management and construction-type Recruitments pan India is preferred.
- People with IT hiring or Outside India hiring experience avoid applying
- Proven track record of building strong Social connections and Networking
- Pays high attention to detail and is willing to get a never give up attitude in finding talent
- Knowledge of Hunt Seach and Onboarding of employees
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Experience
A minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment Executive Search in corporations in Services Industry Facility Management and staffing is essential
Education
Minimum a Graduate Preferred people with MBA in HRM
