Who We re Looking For
1 year as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
Diploma Cert IV or Allied Health degree.
Committed to empowering participants through tailored individualised support.
Mental-health experience Step into a Psychosocial Recovery Coach role immediately.
Requirements
- NDIS workers screening check (required)
- 12 Months experience working as a support coordinator or social worker within the NDIS space
- Diploma in Community Services (preferred)
- Current driver s licence and access to a reliable insured vehicle
- Your own ABN and professional insurances (we can assist with setting this up)
We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual with the following qualifications and attributes: Essential Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in disability, social work, health, or a related field. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a valid Blue Card (or ability to obtain). Current driver's license and reliable vehicle. Professional Experience: Proven track record in care management or a similar role within the disability or health sector. Strong understanding of NDIS practices, regulations, and guidelines. Experience in supervising and mentoring staff. Skills and Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technologically savvy, with proficiency in care management software and general IT systems. Personal Qualities: A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Collaborative and empathetic, fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
