- Coordinate and drive research and development initiatives focused on sustainable materials eco-friendly products and circular economy principles.
- Establish and nurture a strong sustainability network by engaging employees suppliers and external partners in impactful initiatives.
- Define and oversee the sustainability roadmap for OESL ensuring alignment with evolving market demands and environmental standards.
- Represent and communicate our sustainability strategy to customers while initiating and managing collaborative projects with a strong focus on sustainability and circular innovation.
- Act as a key interface between Development ESH (Environment Safety & Health) Suppliers and Customers to foster cross-functional collaboration and sustainable progress.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in technical studies preferably in Chemistry Polymer or Material Science.
- Several years of experience in sustainability life cycle assessment and circular economy.
- Desired experience in the formulation of elastomeric and plastic materials.
- Experience with automotive customers.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Strong intercultural skills.
- Experience working with international project teams.
