About the Opportunity
Contentful is looking for a highly motivated and resilient Product Manager to help build the future of creation and design experiences for enterprise customers.
This is not just another PM role its a chance to define how AI will transform the way marketers and designers work at scale. Youll focus on new products that bring together modern design systems scalable workflows and emerging AI technologies to power enterprise-grade solutions used by the worlds largest brands.
AI tools are everywhere right now but very few are ready for the demands of the this role youll tackle that challenge head-on: turning breakthrough AI capabilities into reliable compliant and elegant workflows that marketers and designers can trust for their most important digital experiences.

What to expect
- Develop new innovative solutions from the ground up that transform how enterprise marketing teams create and manage digital experiences.
- Explore and apply AI-powered capabilities to accelerate workflows from generating content and layouts to helping designers adapt and import designs faster.
- Turn complex technical workflows into seamless solutions marketers love and help communicate their value.
- Drive discovery with marketers designers and developers to deeply understand their processes and identify opportunities for step-change improvements.
- Balance rapid iteration with enterprise-grade standards of reliability quality and compliance.
- Define clear success metrics measure adoption and impact and use insights to continuously improve.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to bring innovative solutions to market and drive strong customer adoption.
- Communicate vision progress and outcomes broadly across the company to inspire alignment and excitement.
What you need to be successful
- A motivated and resilient mindset with the grit to push forward in ambiguity and turn vision into reality.
- Customer-obsessed: you start with the users problem not the technology and you relentlessly push for impact.
- 35 years of experience in product management or a similar role ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment.
- Analytical and structured thinker who can reason from first principles identify the core problem and size opportunities.
- Comfortable in explaining technical concepts to customers partners and internal audiences
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience building products for marketers designers or other creative professionals.
- Understanding of AI technologies LLMs design to code and how they can be applied to enhance creation design and content workflows.
- Technical fluency that helps you collaborate effectively with engineers.
