Job Description
We seek a dedicated Dry Eye Coordinator to lead this exceptional practices Dry Eye Program. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused adaptable and committed to continuous improvement. The coordinator will enhance patient care and optimize program effectiveness while driving growth.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies for program growth and patient engagement.
- Deliver exceptional clinical support by educating patients on dry eye conditions and treatment options.
- Assist in the management of treatment plans.
- Integrate the latest diagnostic tools and technologies to monitor patient outcomes and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to raise awareness of the Dry Eye Program.
- Manage and organize dry eye product inventory to enhance treatment efficacy and boost sales.
- Collaborate with various teams and leadership to provide updates on program progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of healthcare and/or aesthetics experience
- Previous experience working as an aesthetician is highly desirable
- Strong commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
