You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere seeking a Senior Supply Chain Process Development & Performance Specialist wholl support our Lead Supply Chain Process Development & Performance in analyzing improving and optimizing the supply chain processes across Dmarts in all markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead process assessments to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement within supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that align with business objectives.
Design and implement best practices for the supply chain team to drive operational excellence.
Implementation and optimization of tools and systems to enhance the productivity of supply chain teams (e.g. reporting dashboards driving product requests to improve on functionalities of existing tools).
Develop document and implement SOPs for all supply chain operations processes ensuring consistency efficiency and alignment across the organization.
Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in business needs technology or industry standards.
Train relevant teams on new SOPs ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to operational standards.
Develop and monitor success metrics to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations processes such as Stocks Availability (Weighted) and Shrinkage.
Drive tool adoption within the supply chain team. Support the transition to new processes and ensure that changes are effectively communicated and managed across relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications :
5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations process improvement or business operations management preferably in a supply chain environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience in implementing SOPs process flows and best practices within the supply chain team.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior leadership and team members.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong working relationships across functions.
Ability to think critically and approach complex business challenges with structured data-driven solutions.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
