Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Finance Analyst to assist with data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will support the Global team in preparing reports analyzing trends and providing insights to improve business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and schedules.
- Support the finance team in booking journal entries and processing vouchers for expenses accruals and reclasses.
- Assist with reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts as part of the month-end close.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather financial inputs ensure correct billing and support project-level reporting needs.
- Help ensure accurate and timely coding of transactions in the general ledger and project accounting systems.
- Ensure project setup and administration follow best practices for project controls monitor compliance with global standardized processes and procedures.
- Assist in project reviews providing input on financial status cost performance and variances in budgets and forecasts.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of standardized reporting templates and tools for management.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AI and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail organization and time management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across multiple business units and geographies
