As part of its growing activities Dailymotion is looking to enforce its User Solutions Native Team. You will play a key role in shaping the foundations of our iOS and Android products and building innovative features in close cooperation with Backend Engineers Product Managers and Designers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build advanced features to provide equivalent user experience for the iOS and Android platform.
Drive technical innovation by integrating emerging technologies and fostering continuous learning
Lead and mentor iOS and Android teams fostering a collaborative environment
Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance to ensure team alignment with business and technical goals
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to implement the strategic product vision
Qualifications :
Has proven development experiences on Native stacks such as:
o NDK (Native C on Android) / Kotlin / Swift / Objective-C
o ExoPlayer or AVPlayer usage optimization
Has previous managerial experiences leading iOS and Android teams
Strong background in designing scalable high-quality UI/UX for consumer apps
Proven expertise in streaming video protocols media frameworks and optimizing app performance
