Job Description: User Experience Researcher

Department: Education Management

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of User Experience

Summary:

Are you passionate about understanding user behavior and creating seamless digital experiences Atlantis University is seeking a talented User Experience Researcher to join our this role you will be responsible for conducting research to inform the design and development of our educational platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct user research studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences
  • Analyze data and create user personas to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test user interfaces
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions based on research findings
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in user experience research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology or related field
  • 2 years of experience in user experience research
  • Proficiency in research methods such as usability testing surveys and interviews
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
