Job Summary: The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within the Operations department. This position is responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance service delivery reduce costs and support operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Analyze business operations identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs to support strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making.
Support project planning and execution by providing data analysis forecasting and performance tracking.
Assist in evaluating new tools technologies and vendors to enhance operational capabilities.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear concise and compelling manner.

Education experience certifications:
A bachelors degree in business administration or related field
3 plus years of experience leading and managing service projects
Experience in the financial services or collections industry is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems workflow tools and project management platforms is preferred.
Physical and mental demands:
Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
Near visual acuity
Ability to present information clearly and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to management clients attorneys and other staff members
Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
