Job Description
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements.
- Document requirements in Business Requirements Documents functional specifications and use cases.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze proposed solutions for alignment with business objectives and identify gaps.
- Communicate requirements clearly between business and technical teams.
- Map current and future business processes and recommend optimizations.
- Support change management by assessing impacts and updating documentation.
- Define test cases coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions.
- Track progress of BA tasks and report status to project management.
- Prepare user manuals deliver training and ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications :
- Previous 6 years of experience in BA roles.
- Experience with RPA or AI projects.
- Previous experience in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for business trips to the clients office.
- Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
