We are seeking a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of regulations curriculum development and reentry processes. If you have strong project management skills excellent communication abilities and a knack for data analysis we want to hear from you. To thrive in this role the ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of guidelines regulations and labor market trends at the federal state and institutional levels. They should have expertise in curriculum development reentry processes and correctional education practices along with strong project management skills including program development implementation evaluation and budget management. Excellent collaboration negotiation and communication skills are essential as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting. The candidate must be adept at policy implementation and development navigating complex regulatory environments and conducting labor market research. The capacity to recruit and supervise instructional staff and incarcerated inmates establish and maintain employer partnerships and continuously improve educational programs based on evaluations and feedback are essential for success in this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in education criminal justice or a related field and six years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to correctional education OR an equivalent combination of training and experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Position Details:
This position is located on the main location of UAF Community & Technical College in downtown Fairbanks. Work perform will be on-site. This is a full-time exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary andfull employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options annual leave 12 paid holidays per year tuition waivers for employees and family members and affordable medical dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on theUA Staff Salary Schedule Grade 82 based on education and experience.
