As our Risk and Resilience Coordinator youll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our enterprise-wide Risk and Resilience Framework in alignment with the Risk Maturity Plan. Youll provide operational administrative and reporting support to help drive continuous improvement across resilience risk and insurance functions. Reporting to the Head of Resilience Risk and Insurance this role will provide support across a range of initiatives as priorities evolvecontributing to our commitment to operational resilience governance and risk maturity.
Responsibilities
As the Risk and Resilience Coordinator you will:
Maintain and monitor the Enterprise Risk Register ensuring up-to-date data and ownership across business units and provide administrative support to the Enterprise Risk Management System (CAMMS).
Contribute to risk awareness campaigns intranet content and other communication initiatives that build risk and resilience culture
Support the scheduling coordination and facilitation of risk workshops meetings and training sessions
Assist with the preparation of risk reports and documentation for governance forums including MARCC and BARCC
Support the ingestion analysis and repositioning of risk information across the business to ensure alignment with risk function objectives and decision-making needs
Coordinate insurance-related administration including Certificates of Currency claims meetings and policy disclosures
About you
To be successful you have:
Experience or strong interest in risk management insurance governance or business continuity
Familiarity with risk management systems and insurance processes is desirable
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities manage deadlines and support stakeholder needs
Strong written communication skills for reporting minute-taking and risk documentation
Confidence working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
