Enterprise Account Executive (GTM AE)

Location: Redwood City CA (Hybrid In-office M/W/F)

Position Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Compensation

  • OTE Range: $200000 $300000
  • Comp Structure: 70/30 base-to-variable split
  • Equity: Strong equity package
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not specified

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop and execute data-driven GTM strategies targeting the electronics ecosystem
  • Use proprietary insights to drive high-impact sales conversations
  • Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and industry partners
  • Manage negotiations and contracts alongside legal and finance
  • Produce strategic sales materials pitch decks and market analysis
  • Continuously iterate and optimize the sales playbook

Must-have qualifications

  • 5 years of sales experience including SaaS or technical sales
  • Prior experience at a Seed or Series A startup within the last 3 years
  • Proven ability to meet quotas near $1M annually
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to learn fast
  • Excellent communication and data-driven storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and sales tools
  • Based in or near the Bay Area and able to work onsite 3x/week

Preferred qualifications

  • Technical degree (e.g. CS Engineering Physics)
  • Experience as an early AE at a startup
  • SaaS sales experience with technical products
  • Background in YC-backed or elite venture-funded startups
  • Elite academic credentials
