Compensation
- OTE Range: $200000 $300000
- Comp Structure: 70/30 base-to-variable split
- Equity: Strong equity package

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute data-driven GTM strategies targeting the electronics ecosystem
- Use proprietary insights to drive high-impact sales conversations
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and industry partners
- Manage negotiations and contracts alongside legal and finance
- Produce strategic sales materials pitch decks and market analysis
- Continuously iterate and optimize the sales playbook
Must-have qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience including SaaS or technical sales
- Prior experience at a Seed or Series A startup within the last 3 years
- Proven ability to meet quotas near $1M annually
- Strong self-motivation and ability to learn fast
- Excellent communication and data-driven storytelling skills
- Familiarity with modern CRM and sales tools
- Based in or near the Bay Area and able to work onsite 3x/week
Preferred qualifications
- Technical degree (e.g. CS Engineering Physics)
- Experience as an early AE at a startup
- SaaS sales experience with technical products
- Background in YC-backed or elite venture-funded startups
