About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role blends new client acquisition and account management to maximize sales revenue reactivate dormant accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be ambitious adaptable and able to work with urgency in a competitive inbound sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads promptly to convert opportunities into booked appointments.
- Proactively contact dormant leads and re-engage previous customers to generate repeat business.
- Manage assigned accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities opportunities and conversions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets of $27000 in new business within the first 90 days.
- Report weekly on sales pipeline progress and account activity.
Key Requirements
- Proven sales experience preferably in appointment-based or service-driven industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working evenings to capture after-hours leads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
