Job Title: Student Worker - Student Media Graphic Designer-AY26

Job Classification: Marketing and Communications Student

Department: Student Publications

Hiring Manager: Terri Evans

Contact:

Work Schedule: 14 hrs per week

Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Ongoing

Pay Rate: $9/hr

Job Description:

Produce graphic materials for The Department of Student Media organizations including the Baylor Lariat Roundup Yearbook and Focus Magazine. Projects include print and digital advertisements fliers posters annual media kit and brochure. Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite is preferred. Each project will be accompanied by a deadline and approval process.

Skills Preferred:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint

Duties:

  • Provide marketing and communications support to assigned area of responsibility
  • Assist with various projects activities or tasks related to marketing and communications
  • Support marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordingly
  • Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
