At MGID we build technology that powers meaningful advertising experiences respecting users empowering publishers and driving results for brands. Now were looking for a strong Middle or Senior Product Designer whos ready to make a real impact.
In this role youll go far beyond crafting interfaces. Youll design smart elegant and functional user journeys that enhance onboarding improve activation flows and bring our widgets and platform tools to life. Youll be part of a cross-functional team that values user-centric thinking visual excellence and data-driven decisions.
We expect you to bring a strategic mindset ownership and a high design bar helping us speed up delivery without sacrificing quality. Together well build experiences that are not just usable but unforgettable.
What Youll Do:
- Feature design and cross-functional problem solving
- Participation in user feedback processing and loop closures
- Widget design for A/B testing and experimentation
- Activation flow analysis and improvement suggestions
- Communication and alignment with PMs (advertiser- and publisher-side) Yield Product Marketing and UX Writer
- Preparing design deliverables for feature announcements and walkthroughs
- Contribution to and maintenance of the design system and documentation
Requirements
Who you are:
- Proficiency in Figma and strong UI design skills
- Experience designing for B2B products
- Ownership initiative and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of UX best practices
- Ability to collaborate across teams including PMs Product Marketing and Yield
- Willingness to actively challenge product assumptions and propose alternative solutions
- Hands-on use of product analytics or behavior tools (Amplitude Hotjar Userflow Openreplay)
- Upper intermediate English.
Will be a plus:
- Background in graphic design or marketing
- Experience in AdTech
- Proficiency in AI tools for automating repetitive design or research tasks
- Ability to conduct and synthesize user interviews and feedback
