Automate the Backbone of the Skilled Trades Revolution
At HW Grnderkapital were building the infrastructure to modernize one of the largest most essential sectors in Germany: skilled trades.
We invest in and support ambitious craftsmen and women to build scalable future-ready businesses. To scale our own internal operations were looking for an Automation & Workflow Intern / Working Student to help us automate optimize and rethink the way we run.
Tasks
- Design and build scalable automations using N8N to streamline internal operations (e.g. CRM finance HR lead gen reporting)
- Collaborate directly with the founders you get the goals then own the implementation
- Connect tools like Qonto Notion Personio Slack Google Sheets Webflow Hubspot and external APIs via n8n
- Develop automation templates that are modular maintainable and well-documented
- Continuously identify repetitive tasks across the company and turn them into fully automated workflows
Requirements
- You speak German fluently (C1/C2 level)
- Hands-on experience with N8N or similar tools
- Youve built your own automations and can show us actual workflows demos or repos
- You understand data flows APIs webhooks and have a systems-thinking mindset
- Youre structured independent and enjoy building scalable backend logic
