Job Description
Northwest Eye Clinic has a new opening for a full-timePatient Coordinator. This position would be split between our Woodbury and Minnetonka (Crosstown) locations.
SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; enter in patient recalls.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization with attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry.
- Personable and empathetic with patients needs and concerns.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers.
- Composure under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year minimum experience in customer service.
- Experience in a medical practice is preferable.
