What Youll Be Doing
As a Clinical Project Manager youll be the cornerstone of clinical trial executionmanaging timelines budgets and quality across regional or global studies. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams engage directly with clients and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP local laws)
- Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project performance manage risks and drive resolution of issues
- Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting budget control and scope management
- Mentor and support junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings showcasing our capabilities and solutions
What You Bring
- Education:Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
- Experience: minimum 5 years in clinical research including 2 year in project management
- Expertise:Strong understanding of clinical trial operations regulatory requirements and therapeutic areas
- Skills:
- Leadership and team management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Financial acumen and contract management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
