Job Description
Join one of Ireland s leading real estate investment firms managing 1bn in assets across Europe. As Portfolio Manager you ll play a key role in managing and growing our high-quality residential portfolio on behalf of institutional investors.
The Role:
- Oversee and enhance performance across our PRS portfolio
- Support investment analysis and execution of new acquisitions
- Assist in capital raising efforts (debt & equity)
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Conduct market research financial modelling and due diligence
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in real estate investment or asset management
- Strong financial and analytical skills (Excel PowerPoint; Argus a plus)
- Bachelor s in business economics or mathematics (CFA/MBA a bonus)
- Excellent communication collaboration and organisational skills
- A proactive detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
